How we Guarantee Quality
Our team continuously discovers innovative equipment and approaches, and now we currently:
- Use a specialized HEPA filtration pressure control air - this ensures no airborne contamination can enter.
- Check every production batch and recheck many times during manufacturing.
- Test bulk for microbiological activity over five days - once bulk passes the five-day testing, we fill the product.
- Test filled product for microbiological activity for an additional five days - once filled, we pass it and release the product for sale!
- We keep retention samples of bulk and packaged products from every batch - why?
- ALL batches have full accountability and visibility through batch numbers - making product information easy and accessible.
- All organic products are separated and stored from non-organic products - why?
- All organic products have full traceability back to the farm gate - ensuring the authenticity of the ingredient's organic certification.
