Our Australian manufacturing facility is a state of the art purpose-built (and Cawarra owned) filling and production facility having six filling lines and a large scale batching capability.
Our production is suited to large production of up to 150,000 unit runs to small batch sizes of 1,000 units in bottles, tubes, or jars. In addition, our facility is regularly independently audited, accredited and certified.
We work to the highest standards set globally by independent governing bodies. Many of these auditors and certifiers are well known to the consumer, allowing your brand and product to stand out. You may choose to include all or some of the logos, including Australian Made, Cruelty Free, Vegan Society, Australian Certified Organic and COSMOS Organic, an EU Organic certification.

What We Fill.
When choosing a manufacturer, it's essential to understand the types of products you will be making. Contract manufacturing can be simple when each party, client and manufacturer, understands the objective. Have you thought about what your product will come in? Production Machines.
Tubes
We have three automatic tube machines. Each with a daily capacity of 10,000 -15,000 units, depending on tube size. Tubes sizes range from 20mm diameter (5gm size) to 50mm diameter (250gm size). Since we manufacture a wide variety of cosmetics, this includes most diameters in between.
Bottle/Jar
We efficiently beat deadlines with our automatic Four-Head Bottle Filler. This expert tool includes two automatic cappers and labellers - essential for all skincare production.
We can produce 10,000- 15,000 units a day - depending on the size and type of the bottle or jar.
Our manufacturing facility also includes four automatic Single Head Fillers. This means our team can cater for smaller production lines of approximately 2000- 5000 units a day - depending on the size and type of the bottle or jar. In addition, we also have available, speciality air operated machines for hand sanitisers.
Powder Filler
Being an experienced cosmetics manufacturer means we also have one Custom Powder filler, 2gm -500g ability approx. Our team can deliver up to 5000 units a day.
Our facility comprises of several factory units and more available space for new machinery. On-site, you will also see allocated land for exciting company expansion.
